This can't be Australia. There's no poisonous spiders and it's not on fire.

One of my favourite places in the world. I used to live in Broome not long ago and worked on cable beach

Looks like every painting I did as a kid, just mixing mountains of colors and turning the whole thing into a paint pallet.

Nature is beautiful.

That's not the Gantheaume Point, that is a road that runs behind the horse racing track south of the point, on the way to Riddell Beach.

Natur has invented 4k a long time ago.

Now that's what I call roadside geology. Look at that strata!

Someone should try to make an epoxy resin model of it.

Is that a roundabout?

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Judging by the tracks I guess the road is only about 1 car wide, the "roundabout" offers a way to pass when there's two opposite cars.

Where's the fire?

Global warming deniers: "No fire in that pic. So no fire in Australia. So no global warming!"

what lol do people actually deny that bush fires aren't happening

Fortunately Gantheaum Point and much of the rest of the Kimberley is actually this colour.

Also saturatio, color temp and prolly a lot more. This isnt photography anymore. Its digital something something

The location, for reference: https://www.google.com/maps/place/17°58'46.4"S+122°10'57.9"E

You probably have to copy and paste the link because imgur thinks . stops a link.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I live here. That's... more or less what it looks like.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It doesn't look that saturated to be honest. Some places just have a lot of color. I've seen better examples of what you mention.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hmm. I live in northern Australia. I can assure you the colours can be pretty intense. The soil where I live is deep red/orange, for example

Editing is part of photography since its creation.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Yes I know Its been made since the film times, but now that most shots are spiked up just to bring fake eye candy it becomes cliche

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So don't make them look as good (relative term) as possible? If you saw this flat (no edits) you would probably scroll straight past it.
