It generally will be the same but a lot will sit in the page file on a low ram system. On 8GB ram its 3GB % 4GB Paged vs 7GB unpaged on 24GB

My point is that the base amount of ram, regardless of what free ram it grabs, is still far too high.
The "base amount" is under 100MB, it runs well enough on even a laptop with 2GB of memory, I even tried for myself on an old ass PC.
