Yeah you are squishy either way, imo you have to buy ninja or Mr boots,dmg picks up a lot with lethality/magicpen but yeah as a main adc1/2

I've even seen ADCs taking the tank runes for better lane sustain. I guess it all comes down to personal preference and play style.
