Thank you, Canada, for your support of Democracy and decency.

While I appreciate the sentiment, Canada is not capable of assisting the US even if they wanted to, which honestly isn't a bad thing. Needless expenditures into the Military Industrial Complex and what not, but this is not so much of the flex he thinks it is.

This lip-synching is shit.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If they're smart theyll ask for help elsewhere to free up resources to hit Iran. The smart move is to not help the USA at all

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sorry buddy we can't afford to help because tariffs - but you go have fun and tell us how it worked out. Love yoooooooooouuuu!

DJT threatening EU/NATO allies (again). Wants to suck them in into his idiot illegal war. Is he dead yet?

We stayed out of Iraq, and it was correct. So is this.

USA: Terror from the WH to the own citizens, ki**ing children in Iran.

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Good I hope no one helps. Fuck Trump

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just hope Australia's gutless government will say no this time, unlike eager-to-suck-up Little Johnny.

Donny will tell Albo he won't get the fictional subs if he doesn't do as he's told. Gina will be called by Trymp to pressure Pauline to carry on and help Trump.

3 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Trump bad mouths all of these countries, and then expects them to assist.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And yet he supports the US operations against Iran

Oh yeah but "with regret". As if that means any kind of saving grace

100% tariffs incoming... and some screed about Canada becoming the 51'st state...

3 weeks ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Those tariffs have been going so well for the American tourism industry.

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

yawn, the US can eat a dick. Welcome to the axis of evil USA along with Israel and Russia. The world can't stand any of those three.

you broke it trump, you fix it. Remember, you said you didn't need anything from Canada or the rest of the world so, get lost hoser.

like Epstein actually said in 2018, "Trump will start a war & take everyone down with him"

3 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I like Carney, but hearing him publicly support the Epstein Distraction Initiative pisses me off a great deal, especially since one of the very first events that occurred was bombing a girl's school....twice. That is the exact fucking opposite of preventing terror and nuclear plans, when you force a country into that final level of hatred where they will do anything to survive and gain revenge.

Most of Carney's comments have been diplomatic, but solid since then, but still. A bit of a letdown.

3 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

As a Canadian, I agree. But, while Carney's initial comments (https://www.pm.gc.ca/en/news/statements/2026/02/28/statement-prime-minister-carney-and-minister-anand-situation-middle-east) were disappointing, I realize he's also balancing the need to stay in the good graces of Pol Potbelly with regard to what is left of our trade agreement with the US (e.g. CUSMA.)

3 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

You're 100% right, sometimes I do forget that in an era of polarizing soundbite news and politics, some people still have skill in actual diplomacy and tact. I can respect that and temper my initial disappointment.

I think it may have more to do with supporting the Large diaspora of Iranians we have in our country rather than trying to appease Trump.

3 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Any country that was "tariffed" should tell Trump to go fuck himself.

3 weeks ago | Likes 132 Dislikes 1

Easier said than done when majority of trade is done with the USA and we are physically attached to it. Still have to be tactful in the way we say F-U.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Bingo

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Any country, tariffs or no tariffs, should tell him to fuck off.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why ? Only us taxpayers are impacted

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

*all countries!

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

make trump (specifically him not the nation) pay for their aid.

I have a question.. Maybe I'm stupid... but why is there an english translator for a canadian official? Are they speaking french or something?

3 weeks ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

Parliament has a question period, MPs get to ask the Ministers about stuff.
If the question is in French, so will the response.

3 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

That would be my guess.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Obviously speaking coward tongue to say he won't go to war.

And French has long been considered the language of diplomacy, though English is pretty popular as well.

3 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

A Lingua Franca, if you will. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lingua_franca

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes, he was speaking French.

Our government officials need to speak both English and French during official proceedings, because they are both official languages.

3 weeks ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 1

Not every government official, that's why the house has translators. However, the PM is expected to speak both official languages at some level of competency.

3 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

WTF, why don't they speak american?! /s

3 weeks ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

3 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

with any luck... America will no longer hold any standards for anything. any more.... ever.

3 weeks ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Yes, most federal politicians have to be fluent enought to converse in both languages. THey usually go back and forth for different sections of big speeches, or sometime swill do it twice, once in each language.

3 weeks ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

In case it wasn't clear, it's because we legally have two national languages.

3 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

As a Canadian who only took French in high school I have to marvel at how difficult switching back and forth probably is during a speech, in front of everyone, and cameras. I know Carney struggled a bit at the start with French, but I feel it's gotten a lot better recently.

World class air dicker

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 20

You don't like Carney eh?

3 weeks ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

He'd prefer PP because he'd bend over for the wills of Pedolf Shitler! "Sir yes sir, we're sending our guys to die for you and Israel!!!"

3 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No, Marx Carney is based I was just distracted and amused by his hand movements, that's all. :)

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

PP can cram his body into DJTs orange hole - I will never forget this

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No he's fine! He's just air dicking while he talks and it's distracting

3 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ah. I'm unfamiliar with that term.
