Bet it still smells like cocaine and groupies

What does cocaine smell like?

It’s got a pretty specific smell, but I would compare it to a subtle gasoline type of smell.

It can never fly in the US again due to noise regulations

From the airframe, or the old engines? Wondering if it handle a retrofit.

Noisy engines and inadequate performance. There's no aftermarket hushkit for it, though I suppose with enough money you could develop one.

I'm quite certain Big Money could put new, more efficient engines on which meet the noise requirements, while maintaining the original look.

Might be a custom build but that's what they signed up for when buying Elvis's plane. Unless they just bought it as a trophy, not to rebuild
