I think GW's getting better at their marketing and managing the customer interactions. Rules still get more and more sucky though.

Well, if you want the models AND the rulebook then it's a pretty good deal. If you've already got the rulebook I'd say it's mediocre.

2/2 ..It's a rulebook I've built from scratch, basing on 40k with a completely different turn structure and (hopefully) proper unit balance.
