Haha you're welcome. I've had a few people say that. I guess the title left it open.

Thank you for not bobbing his tail!

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I've never seen a rottie with a full tail. I wouldn't have anticipated it curled over the back like that!

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

:) yeah, it hangs straight when he is eating and just wondering, but curls when playing or getting affection.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Their tail styles vary. They aren't really bred to have curly tails but given most American-bred Rotts have their tails docked it's hard (1)

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

to know how the tail will set. This type of coil isn't desired within European rings, unsure if it's the same for American style dogs.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thank God he isn't dead

I know! He is just a good dog, and I had a picture that came up on my phone so I had to share it.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I was so afraid this post would end with Ludo needing to be put down. Give him pets and call him a good boy for me.

Yes, very friendly

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I love that his tail is not docked :)

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Thank you. Me too, I had to request it. All his brothers and sisters have docked tails. Very silly

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I had a rottie growing up named Boozer. He had a docked tail and it always made me sad looking at it wondering if it hurt when they did it

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've never seen a Rotti with a tail. Ludo is a very handsome good boy.

8 years ago | Likes 54 Dislikes 1

Yeah I had to request that from the breeder. All his brothers and sisters have docked tails. Thank you.

8 years ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 1

Good on you for not maiming the pooch

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My poodle's breeder says she docks tails because they beat them bloody on walls.
