A mortar is pretty heavy for its size as is a M67 hand grenade. I really doubt a small child operate a 60mm mortar. Maybe a M240 mounted tho

There's stamina and strength needed for mortar teams when loading and moving the unit. Same with machineguns. Crew serv are crew 4 a reason
