EDIT: Yes there is magic the gathering art used, wouldn't you know, turns out MTG art is good and varied and many. I used them because the art is good, both games come from the same company and many of the artists have produced art for both.

Magic is really, really strong. It's just real slow to start out because of small limits for numbers of spells cast per rest... 1/2
