First time I nailed the naan bread. Crispy on top but also super fluffy and soft. (of course, I put some ghee and garlic on top)

How did you cook the naan? Whenever I pan fry it, it turns out too fluffy
zielscheibe
bake it on a pizza stone! I tried cast iron and non stick pan but pizza stone was the best

I think the amount of Chicken Tika Masala in your life is adequate but not excessive. — NSA Agent 24378

Recipe?
zielscheibe
The key is dried fenugreek and freshly ground spices
TDRM
True, methi is like the oregano of India and Pakistan. Spice it up with tandoori masala, best spice blend ever!

I had a Madras last night and my botty feels like I’ve been crapping out white-hot coals all day

How are you with a hot curry?
AndrewLaing95
Normally very good! However I have been away at sea for 5 months so any sort of spicy or flavoursome food was absent from my life!
ClearBlue
Mix equal parts of greek yogurt and tomato soup in a blender. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Bake a leftover tortilla, sprinkle on chives.
themexicanwave
That sounds revolting

How much cream, how much yogurt? Is the yogurt discarded at the end?
ssyoda2
Just throw large amounts of things together and see how it tastes. Thanks
zielscheibe
about 1 1/2 cup cream and yogurt to cover your meat up... you can discard it or pour it in... just adjust it to your taste

And the difference between a regular oven and "hot air?"
jaggedcow
I think it’s convection vs regular baking
TDRM
usually hot air needs about 10% less heat, I think it's because it circulates the oven more, it's just a normal thing in most recipes.
