Mainly bad owners. As of yet, I haven't met a dog that would be considered aggressive and hostile with good owners.
That's anecdotal, it isn't evidence. We had a bad dog growing up, I loved that dog. But he just wasn't wired right.
Sometimes, it isn't the owners. It's unfair to blame the owners in every case, sometimes it really is the dogs.
He was the sweetest ever to us, but he had a lot of fears and some manic behaviours. Even with professional help, he did bite a kid. bad.
Well at least the "No bad dogs!!!" bridade are out in force. You can suck a fat dick! =)
