Honestly, my gut feeling is that Melania isn't really on the same level. I don't think she actually gets treated as an intelligent, participating member of the group. I think she's Trump's arm candy. I have no idea if she was abused or not, but I don't get the impression that anyone really included her in anything. She had said "I've never been friends with Epstein", and perhaps that's true, but photos of her kissing him on the cheek, leaning in close with Maxwell, and generally being in a large number of photos with them certainly makes it easy to question if that's true. I would agree that it's not proof, and it's certainly not proof she knew anything about what he was doing. But emails seem to indicate many in his orbit did know, and photos seem to indicate she was in his orbit, so it's not a leap.
