Basically, pinkie pie drugs rainbow dash and you find out she grinds up ponies to put in her cupcakes, and RD is next.

Not really worth the read. Pinkie Pie dissects Rainbow Dash alive while taunting her and puts her innards into cupcakes. Then she elects to "make a new friend" by stuffing Rainbow's skin. Surprisingly well-written as I recall, but there's not much more to it than that.
