Stocked lakes help prevent over fishing, and considering they only get stocked at X-intervals a stocked lake may do worse than a non-stocked
lake depending on how long its been since the last stocking. Also stocked lakes tend to be in high traffic areas because they get depleted
by the volume of people fishing there.
