I can get the cover plate off of one side but I can't find any kind of spring pin or latch to disconnect the knob and remove the screws. Any ideas?
Slightly different angle. I've looked all around the knob under the plate. The other side doesn't seem to be removable at all. There are no dimples or cutouts at all.

Unscrew the latch part on the end there. It may not release the knob but it will loosen up everything.

Why would anyone downvote this lol? Anyway, did you try the plates on both sides of the door? Only one side has the screws

Close. But mine doesn't have the button to remove the knob. That's what's throwing me off. Thanks though!
