MRW one of my patients drinks another patient’s vomit

Long story medium:
I work in a psych ward.
One patient was sick and throwing up blood.
Basin in patient’s room was full of blood and vomit.
Another patient was psychotic and not cognizant at all.
She ran into this patient’s room, grabbed her barf basin, AND FUCKING CHUGGED IT.
SHE JUST DRANK THE WHOLE THING.
I’m going to end up being a patient here before too long.
