Because you are always hungry on a high-carb diet, even when it's lower calorie than your expenditure and will cheat, give up, etc.
It's more than weight-loss, it's better brain and heart function, less inflammation in joints, better mood, and you can easily drop 50 lbs
Also, ALL weight-loss diets are ketogenic as that IS the function that turns fat stores into energy. Low calorie (regardless of type) end up
