2015 walked in to this. Just lucky to find a home in Colorado at that point.

Their decor was different than ours..

80’s stair situation

Basement was a mess too. Carpet ruined by dogs.

Someone remodeled the kitchen in the late 90’s and chose this style.

I told my family to give me 30 days, and went to work immediately.

That was one of three layers of the kitchen floor

Decided to rip off the 80’s texture in all bedrooms and hallway, along with popcorn.

Figured out a classic way to save on doors. Add molding, and paint them black.

2020 was the time to tackle popcorn in the main rooms once and for all

Dressed up the fireplace and added crown to the main room and kitchen

The stair rail was a project from 2018. Separate thread for that.

Kitchen! Added an island and replaced all appliances over the past 2-3 years

Added some awesome cone lights that double as a “halo” soft light, and added various wall lights since were short on windows
