The RAF have a 3 ejection limit, using the ejection seat can shorten you by upto an inch per operation and cause crazy damage to your body.
If you get to your ejection limit they stick you on a desk job. They’re built to get you from the aircraft in 1.5 seconds. Crazy speed.
1.5 seconds from sitting behind a flight yolk to shooting through the sky.. yeah that might need a chiropractor.

I'm not so sure about that. I saw a very similar crash at the Dayton Air Show a few years ago, and the pilot died.

Well if the landing gear didn't come down the pilot is not at fault here.
Unless the gear worked fine and this was just a failed maneuver.

That wasn't an attempt at landing with gear. If he'd deployed it, the gear would have crumpled under the jet. This was a controlled crash
Even that's a stretch. I think the pilot reacted well to a very bad situation. Maybe gauges were wrong, maybe pilot was wrong, but he landed
