Delivered pizza 1.5 years. 9/10 We have multiple deliveries or waited for an error in the kitchen. Punishing the wrong guy

Our kitchen staff would give rough estimates. For one pizza place we delivered 20 minutes out,no traffic. You can imagine what can happen

My mentality is they are bringing me something I was too lazy to go get myself. However long it takes, doesn't matter. I always tip.
