We always have a lot to discuss

Today was my breaking point.... Time to get serious about weight loss.

I'm 6'7, a former powerlifter and I come in at 330 lbs.

I lost most of muscle and now I'm just a fat shit.
275 here I come again!

Sad / sleepy Newfie dog tax above.

** FRONT PAGE AGAIN! time to celebrate with cake! ... FML..

I just started boxing and this shit has changed my body and mind sooo much within just two months. Literal instant gratification.

I had a lull before I started working out again too. One thing that's nice, is that if you had muscle before, you gain it back pretty 1/2

Quickly due to muscle memory AND noob gains. You'll see results in no time. 2/2

You already have a walking buddy!

It's all in the kitchen. I purposefully bounce between 10% and 16% body fat. Lift 5 days a week. Diet is prerequisite for exercise to...

Matter. Read bigger leaner stronger. It's got a great outline for easy body transformation. Eat whatever you want, but the volume counts.

I am just in the middle of a 7 day water fast. It is tough for a little while (headache) in the beginning (day 2). I lost 8 pounds so far.

Any update on this matter, brother?

Your muscles are just hibernating. Go to the gym and do cardio regularly, you'll be fit in no time!

Absolutely true. I'll get at it

Spend the first 2 weeks just focusing on your diet. It sucks for two weeks, but your body will quickly adapt to eating less calories.

I'm 6'8" and 350. I'm right there with you, brother.

Powerlifters are fat. Everyone knows this but then they are the strongest fuckers around so I think you look pretty no matter what you wear

The greatest

8 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 2

Not all powerlifters, just the ones in the highest weight classes. 220/232 lbs and under are strong as fuck and fairly lean.

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Because their weight class has an upper limit.

I'm way more interested in the Newfie, but good luck!
