In a dark way, yes. Its like watching my neighbour who refuses help try to put out fire with gasoline, people are still in the house but most of the awake ones thought the gasoline would be cheaper than calling for fire emergency folk. I can't stop looking, the fires spreading, im watching people get closer and closer to a worse and worse outcome, and all i can do is laugh, not a happy laugh, there are tears breaking the levy, but i can't stop. Its not good watching, but i can't stop watching.

Nah, for us non-Americans it's still pretty damn terrifying. For all its flaws, we've always looked to the US as the "leader of the free world". Feels a lot more like every man for themselves now. European countries are boosting military funding because they're seriously worried they can't rely on the US as an ally any more.
