#4 Eh, maybe in part. Mostly it's just a failure to acknowledge or accept that we're far from a fair market in so many respects that a lot of inflation is the direct result of price fixing. Prices aren't going up because there's too much money in the system, they're going up because huge corporations with a stranglehold on the market aren't satisfied with the billions they're making and know they can squeeze for more.
