There are many types of Khachapuri in Georgian cousin. This wan is called Ajcharuli Khachapuri. "Ajchara" is a region it is from.

Make sure to try Million Dollar Dip. I did that for New Year's Eve and it was a hit! The only thing I need to point out in that recipe is ->

-> that select your mayonnaise wisely. A salty mayonnaise like Hellmann's seems to make the batch way too salty for many.
