My mum was popping out kids til her mid 40s, my sister is considering a second kid at 43. Unlike what this guy thinks: it ain't like you hit 35 and automatically get a dried up raisin for a uterus. And if it is a struggle there's always options. I'm considering fostering when I'm like 45 (if I'm doing okay enough to care for a kid/teen)

Women can be pretty bad about it, too. Especially older generations and in certain cultures. A mom pushing their daughter to 'find a good man to marry' is a picture I'm sure you've seen countless times in your life. But of course the intentions behind the push is very different to why men do it. Maybe still unhealthy in some sense, but not outright malicious in the desire to control and have women be dependent on you.

My EX declared independent money accounts in our marriage. Her earnings are hers after house bills. She put herself in debt and asked for help. I paid of her credit card and her bounced checks. Early 1980's. Had her start a budget since we needed 2 earners to pay the bills. Left me saying I didn't make enough money. She really was a big spender.

The "find a good man" goes back to when women had nothing without a man (some cultures still very true) and "good" was because you had to have a man so if you did not find a good one you had to settle for shit.
It was to help and protect their daughters that they pushed that.
Some women push it because they are not happy and fulfilled and want to make sure every other women is the same as them.
I am a man so this is just my observation and may be flawed.

This. It's an archaic concept dating back to times when women literally had nothing but their husbands and children. Their entire goal in life was to find a "good man" so they could from the comfort/protection of their father's house to their husband's house, and then spit out as many kids as possible for child labor and because infant/child mortality rate killed about of them before adulthood. Women couldn't have their own credit cards bank accounts in this country until what like 50 years ago.

In this case, "shit is expensive and the Democrats are why". To get it through the heads you need to reach you need to start this January for 2028, and this is what empowers the liars: with a lie for your standard, you can keep on the same message regardless of the truth.
