There are people in my neighborhood that keep putting their house on the market and pulling it off. They're older and the man is disabled so they can only use one of the three floors (townhouse, basement, main, loft) but they want 2020 money and that's not realistic. Like eventually they'll have to admit that they have to move to a care home because he can't walk very well but we'll see if the market gives them what they want.
The flip side of this is an article with people crying about how they're trapped in their homes and how awful it is to be them, a homeowner with a nice home.
