So some imgurian have told me to give fallout new Vegas another chance. Any mods or tips I can get for this game would be useful. I'm current on fallout 4 and love it. Any mods or anything I can do to make the game experience better? My biggest complaint is there no sprint and I don't like the long treks. Also... My accuracy in the game is shit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Project Nevada is a good mod that spices up the gameplay a bit.

@OP This is a pretty good guide, if you're willing to spend a little time on it. http://wiki.step-project.com/User:EssArrBee/FalloutNewVegas

Tale of Two Wastelands if you own Fallout 3 as well. You can explore the better game world (exploration wise) with the better weapons and-

My advice is to get to Novak as quickly as you can. Easy access and inexpensive.

And Boon is a killer partner. With him you can chew up the Deathclaws from a distance.

max luck and head straight for the strip and play games to get 14.000 caps early on

i saw this one some youtube videos. Is there any way to increase your main stats?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

when you level up you can select a main stat to increase. There's also the luck implant.

You'll need 2k for the cap check or 250-500 for the passport.

Yeah but you get that easy playing at the Primm Casino.

I mentioned it so OP wasn't surprised by it or something.

Fallout 4 was more orientated towards gunplay. Fallout New Vegas is a perfect game for questing. Multiple different options for 1/?

Finishing even small quests. Fallout New Vegas also does skill checks right with every skill being important in conversations. 2/2

Ove noticed that. Seems like more side quest options compared to the repeat factions quest.

PC or console? With or without cheats? Have any of the DLC?

Pc. I'd prefer no console commands. All dlc

to avoid walking, use the show map markers cheat to unlock all travel locations type ~ then type tmm 1 and press enter

(NOTE: this will take away some events that trigger based on location)

ModAV carryweight 100000 will set carry weight to 100,000 lbs effectively making it so you can always run and always fast travel

New vegas is wonderful when you're familiar with the mechanics. Nexus is a great place to find whatever mods you'd like when you mod the

tits off of it. Not sure what else might be helpful for you. Let me know which ending you get when you finish it?

i'm thinking i'm near the end. I'm on hoover dam by following "Yes Man" quest. I'm talking/killing the legion but that one guy 1/

in full armor is hard to kill.

Also: There's mods for sprinting. NV has been out long enough that there's many neat mods to shove in there

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

thanks. I'll keep you posted. i just started playing again.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

NV can be a bit of a pain if you're wandering off and getting eaten by scary things, but if you follow the main quest a bit it'll lead you

through a much safer path to the north, or you can just explore your butt off until you can kill mean bugs. I hope you have fun!

Or you mod the tits INTO it. Cause you can.

I deeply enjoy the modding community for these games. Between horse vagina mods and all the other things it's weird as heck sometimes

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

... horse vaginas? please tell me you've been playing Elder Scrolls.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, that one's from the elder scrolls. You knew exactly what I'm on about. The effort from the community's just neat, even the weird shit
