I have a white and ginger Tom cat who does this a lot. Next doors cat, he steal my food, my bed and my heating. Follows me to toilet too.

It's never hungry when he drops by so he definitely doesn't need me. Maybe just for some scratches. I'm sure he'll be fine.

It's a stray, Africa. Getting a pet passport to get it in Europe would be an expensive nightmare.
