Poor Man's Smoker

Electric burner, two coffee cans and a length of chimney liner. It just happens to fit together tightly too, enough so that the cans stay attached to the stack when lifting.

Bottom can is filled with soaked pear wood chips.

Cayenne Peppers

Threaded Cayenne peppers on wire, lowered into the stack and hooked on the edges.

Plenty of smoke

This thing can really crank out the smoke. It don't need long in here to pick up a heavy smokey flavor. These were smoked for about 30 mins and then finished in the oven and ground.

They're derking our derbs...~Smoker company employees probably.

I can't help but feel like there are more than a few carcinogens picked up from those cans and metal tube... I'm probably wrong though

The can will be coated with something on the interior to prevent acids attacking the metal, so... yep.
