On steam whenever payday 2 has an update,any other game would download and install quickly,it takes for fucking ever.

Steam is pretty bad at making updates to very big files. Basically copies it, then writes which depends on your HDD speed 1/2

It also takes a lot of space on the HDD. Payday isn't the only game with this steam problem, Path of Exile has it too for example

Its them, their servers cant handle the stress, and whatever they do to compress the files is super inefficient.
