On the plus side, the bare minimum is progress in the right direction and I’ll take what I can get.

The ultimate goal is to take all of the guns away from people who say stuff like “I’ll kill anyone who tries to take my guns away.”

FFL licenses are a way around this legally.

Did you see that idiot on the Jordan klepper video saying people shouldn't be punished for plotting the kidnapping of a governor lol

Time and time again, conservatives prove their complete inability to tell the difference between a minor inconvenience and tyranny.

3 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 4

Given the choice, they’ll always side with tyrants

A firearms insurance requirement would go a long way to sift through.

3 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 5

What if they used race as a factor in rates. Easy way to shape who has guns.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

We are still on a knifes edge of fascists taking over, why is the left trying to disarm itself?

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

This isn’t a disarm bill, dumb dumb.

How are you supposed to get clean without a high capacity magazine though?

3 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 5

Just have to shower more frequently. Sometimes multiple times per day. sheesh.

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Clearly someone hasn’t seen or used kitchen gun, it’s a pistol and only takes three rounds to clean everything

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

BANG! BANG! BANG!

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Criminals intending on following the new law.

3 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 4

You always see this argument from the same people who blame gun bans for causing the holocaust.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

If it takes you 30 rounds to hit a criminal, you may be doing more damage than he is. You're better off going to the range more. And if the_

new law makes it even 10% harder for him to get one, that's still a win.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Welp, looks like OR is out of the running for state to move to. Thanks for the update!

3 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 17

Next, it’ll be Clark County that we need to work on. This law will also encourage some psychopaths to leave

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

Good deal! I'm fully supportive of the change, just that it doesn't fit my needs. I love that people downvote my appreciation of information

As an Oregonian who voted for this measure, this is the gift that just keeps on giving.

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

Indeed! We both get what we need this way! It's a full win/win!

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

There should be a real background check followed by a physical fitness test, stress shot and shoot/no shoot scenarios for every purchase or

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 9

Transfer with a yearly renewal that includes all these requirements. Reasonable variations for some physical handicaps.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 7

I love that I was down voted for wanting people to be proficient with weapons they own.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Your mistake was asking an average gun owner to put in even a slight effort to reduce violent crime

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Its outing people who know they can't control thier weapons. It's hard to swallow the I'm not as good as I think pill.

We did in WWII and the civil war. Fucked y’all right up

The ballot measure specifically only covers new purchases, not currently owned guns and magazines. So not sure what you’re referring to.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

People who can’t cum without a musket in their ass are notoriously insecure about their guns

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

requiring permits issued by local law enforcement to buy a firearm is not “slightly modifying the required paperwork”.

3 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 5

And “more than ten rounds” isn’t a “high” capacity magazine either.

3 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 6

It sure is. Did your dad raise you to be a liar, or are you a disappointment?

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 9

Did your parents raise you to be contentious and attack people rather than make cogent arguments?

3 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

Deemed “cogent” by mass shooter apologists, anyway

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 7

The standard capacity for an AR-15 is 30 rounds, so anything greater than 30 is high 30>10. A Beretta 92FS has flush fit magazines that hold

3 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

18 rounds, that is their standard capacity. 18>10. High capacity is a relative term, and only means 10 when defined in statute

3 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

30 rnd for glock 27. Utterly ridiculous.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ban automatics, ban high capacity mags, background checks, red flags, perhaps ban large calibres too. Nobody needs an AR-15.

3 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 22

An AR-15 is not a high caliber weapon. 30-06 (most common hunting rifle) is twice it’s size. The media just makes it sound scary.

3 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 18

This type of mindset just shows how crazy you all are.. …

3 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

It is scary when you’re a 7 year old child and your classmates are getting killed. No citizen needs one of these types of weapons.

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 6

Society dosent need drugs or alcohol either yet those aren’t completely phased out and kill way more so until that happens go pound sand.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Texas started handing out DNA kits because rounds fired from an AR turned children’s heads into unrecognizable pulp.

3 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 9

Are you sure about that? The USA is pretty good about leaving out pertinent information. I could sheer 3/4" bolts with a butt strike from >

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 6

>my M16-A2 when I was a soldier. No round I fired from it was going to do that.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

An AR-15 would not turn a head to pulp. I’ve seen many deer shot with one and that just doesn’t happen.

3 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 12

What a stupid thing to lie about.
