Check for chips and fleas THEN go to walmart pet stuff is cheaper there. Put boxes and paper bags to play in.

@OP, get the cat checked for microchips. If it has one, contact owner pronto. If no microchip, GET HIM MICROCHIPPED. And an orange collar.
