AI (currently) just has a cadence that is noticeably off/monotone. I don't really know how to describe it, but it's just a bit unnatural/formal/exact or precise. AI just hasn't really mastered the ebb and flow and nuance of a real person's dialect, cadence, and rhythm, and still has a bit of a robotic style to it. Give it some time, though; it'll only become more uncanny.
