Just wondering, how much did you actually lose so far? I'm trying to lose weight and Jesus it's hard. Only down around 16 lbs in 5 weeks.

"only"? 16lbs in five weeks is actually quite a bit. 1-2lbs a week wouldnt make it so hard
There was a week I didn't lose anything and then last week I lost 6.5lbs, no idea why that'd be really.
I've lost about 90 lbs so far, the biggest help is tracking my calories. I use the loseit app and it became like a game.
That's an amazing loss, really well done! I've been keeping a pen and paper food diary , really helps to see everything written down.

That's actually a pretty solid rate. Healthy weekly weight loss usually ranges from 1-3 pounds a week. You're doing great!
Thanks, just trying to keep at it, finally cooking decent food properly as well although I still suck at it for now.

It took a long time for me to start losing after I started too. Now im down 50 lbs since beg july and im not looking back! Keep at it!
50 lbs is bloody great! I want to lose another 100 - 120. I can already feel a difference in energy and less every day pain.
Yea, working out, cardio & weights, helps a lot! Im so much stronger and I can feel my metab pick up. Also, high protein, low carb worked
Also, I started tracking calories and found I struggled to get 1200 cal a day and too much carbs/empty cal. Tweaked my meals a bit
Meals are where I struggle, and damn, weighed myself today and gained a pound but hit the gym a lot harder in anger at myself, hurts so good
Yes, and now that I have muscle burning fat, i sneak more reeses cups!
