Business trip to Chicago (first time here) HAD to get a deep dish pizza. Other pizzas have been ruined for me now.

Edit: I've apparently, inadvertently, kicked a couple pizza opinion hornets nests. Chicago vs NYC, and Lou's vs Giordano's. I knew people were passionate about their pizza but ... damn. All i wanted was to share my glorious pie.

Bread bowl full of marinara. I prefer pizza

Lous uses cornmeal crust. Crunchy, crumbly. Giordanos is flour, chewy and fluffier. Both are amazing with sausage and mushroom. Enjoy!
