Nah look at those shadows and how they're accurately influenced by color and multiple light sources. It would have to be someone's masterpiece if it was cgi
If that's CGI, the guy who made it has to be the best animator in the entire world. None of the usual tells are there. Literally none of them. Look at the shadows alone. It would take a top tier professional studio to get them to look that real. Or perhaps there is a simpler answer. Maybe that's a real person, and the upper third or so of the costume is empty and just bounces around because their head is actually at chest-height.

Anyway I could not see down, and I was afraid I would fall in, and it was so hot...and children were hugging me and touching my parts...and the chlorine fumes...I got really lightheaded and dizzy, and then I didn't do that ever again.
