We HAD a trash burning power plant with excellent emissions and 0 smell and the Greenies got it shut down in the 90's. Columbus Ohio.

Thats a lot of misinformation. fuel rods take much longer than that. Modern reactors dont use them and they dont have this problem (thorium)
