So I wrote Ruba and asked for one and she said there is a limited amount and it’s for her constituents. Maybe si c’est ta rêve de vie you could email your député and ask for one? But don’t say it’s so you can give it to manitoba. Just say it’s for a teacher friends’ classroom? As a surprise?
