Hey imgur, so kind of a sob story and there will be typos so bear with me.
My mom is in the hospital, she was working on building her own house and fell off a ladder. Three broken ribs and had to get her left kidney removed due to bleeding. I'm not asking for sympathy or anything, I just needed to share with someone because right now it's just me and my sister.
My mom is 60 years old and owns her own restaurant in Port orchard, WA. And is building her own house from the ground up. I'm so proud of what she accomplished and I hope for a speedy recovery.

The one thing my mom liked was a little lavender scented pillow she could tuck under her at night. Medical smells get old quick.

Document injuries, notebook w dates, ask for copies of all MRI, xray, MD report s, etc.....your mom may have own occupation disability ins.
