I don't think it's AI, I think it's photoshopped. It doesn't quiet have that weird shading that would happen if AI tried to do this. Like this looks more like someone took a photo and just used the clone tool and nudge tool to get this effect. But I could also be wrong. I hate AI, I hate this timeline.

The shadows on the hills in the background indicate the sun is to the right of the viewer, and low in the sky. The lighting doesn't make sense to have the sun directly aboe and in front. Not sure how it was created though.
