They’ll be dead before it gets really bad, so yeah, fuck those kids

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

they misspelled autocracy

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They want to reverse rules on climate change because they are getting money from the lizard alien overlords that are terraforming our planet to make it hotter to suit their needs better.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Can't tell... was that a real question?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Republicans keep doubling down on this fantasy that if they just Reaganomics hard enough, millennials will magically start voting republican in our 30s like the boomers did...And it aint going well.

2 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 1

and will only continue to go worse

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

They started believing their own trickle down fantasies & forgot that the only thing that trickles down is Santorum

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Rich people don't care about climate change because they believe their wealth will insulate them from the consequenses.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean, DiFi basically said that directly to a group of kids. TBF, it's mostly progressives who do anything about climate change.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh, you meant metaphorically. With the GQP you need to specify

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Of course they don’t care about it. Its not profitable to them. Unfortunately that message was also loud and clear from the fucko manchin.

2 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Yeah, but Manchin is a corrupt asshole in the employ of Big Oil and Coal.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But you know what *will* be profitable? The A/C units for the poors and electricity to run them! They are gonna make a killing on selling water back to people while the lakes dry up.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

See how fox is adding the word democracy there and on the bottom? Are they slowly trying to separate from the republicans. How bad can the party get that fox want to distance themselves

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They can’t put Republikkkan on it

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fitting that DEMOCRACY is written in Monopoly font.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The republican presidential primary is about figuring out which one of them is the absolute worst human being and crowning them the winner, change my mind

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Then they talk up "Project 2025" https://www.project2025.org/, paving the way to a Conservative Presidency! And guess what, they want to dismantle any and all efforts in response to climate change! Who knew?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, seriously, climate, gun violence in schools, rising price of education, unemployment, skyrocketing housing costs. An insane amount of fuck them kids coming for those 8 dudes.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

they are trying to outmaga the maga moron in chief, especially vivek since he's coming with the huge handicap of not being white pretend christian.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

"You'll probably get shot in school kid.Why worry about climate change?"

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Here's two things that don't mix: oil and water. Here's two more things that don't mix: Fox news and democracy

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It was just a way to let them get their anti-climate change talking points out there.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That questioner has a "Young Americas Foundation" placard behind him. YAF is the group that sponsors the far rightwing speaking tours of colleges that got so much attention and protests a few years ago, they fund Ben Shapiro to go to colleges to yell about mooses, and they fund his Daily Wire online outlet. YAF is funded by donations from the DeVos, Kochs, and Mercers.

Because none of the questions were from plants.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ben Shapiro have a solution to the rising water levels though.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The kid looks like a member of the Hitler Youth.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

And notice how the question is phrased. Addressing peoples fears, not doing something about it. They're framing the matter as people being irrational and misinformed and overreacting. They do the same framing with guns, that people are just afraid and need to learn about them.

2 years ago | Likes 122 Dislikes 1

Yes. They are all pieces shit. Noted

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Interesting observation!

2 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

*meese

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

... I apologise if this seems sarcastic but did you mean Moses or mooses? I don't really stay up to date on his stupidity.

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Pubes don't have policy positions. That was thrown in the trash years ago.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Of course. The Republican Party is a disease, has been for years. They refuse to accept any counterpoints or evidence that they do not represent a majority. Any proof to the contrary is a hoax or a conspiracy. They will *never* change their views.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

How? We'll raise the voting age is how.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Why does every young Christian Republican look like a gay sex doll?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not just doing nothing. They plan to roll back what's already being done. /gallery/lZLcKcU

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Everyone fucking vote. We have the power if we just group together and use our power! Please vote in every single election. Your lives and anyone you care about depend on it. You want change? Fucking vote!! https://vote.gov/

„"Drill, baby, drill" will be the first order of business for Donald Trump should he be elected president, the former president said at a Republican presidential town hall on Wednesday.“ - May 2023

2 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

We have a rightwing party in germany gaining voters, which has basically the same plan. They're all evil dumbfucks.

2 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

Didn’t one of them outright call the entire climate and carbon emissions a total hoax

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Vivek did. I guess he needs to stand out to try to get noticed.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Fuck them kids" is apparently a platform of the Republican party and its police and evangelical backers. That is if the "Still not a Drag Queen" posts are any barometer.

2 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

It's also on their to-do lists.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

With the GOP child labour roll-backs how long until we hear about elected Republicans having affairs with their twelve year old secretary?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Give them a few years to hit 12...

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Coworker was listening to the debate yesterday, and brought up politics, of course. Said I should listen to both sides and claimed to listen to other candidates. I had my doubts, because as we were "talking" he kept speaking over me. Then he claimed, "Why am I talking to you, you don't vote!" Don't know what gave him that idea, but even after trying to correct him, I ended the "conversation" with, "because you know EVERYTHING about me."

“Damnit Gaetz not like that”

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

How many kids must that bastard traumatize before his crimes are taken seriously and he's shot?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The Vatican has been getting away with it for hundreds of years. Also because of a fanatical cult following that denies ANY wrongdoing, there is no “i” in denial.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's a good message but i never hear solutions. Who is gonna make China reduce their co2, they do contribute around 50%...

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 38

The solutions are being discussed & implemented. Otherwise Republicans won’t even bother talking about it other than to say “all this climate action is hurting the economy”. Sounds like you’re only listening to one radio station & that one is only making white noise

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Who is gonna undo all that propaganda that you're spewing right now?

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

So they're floating this idea to carbon tax imported goods from places that aren't reducing carbon emissions. So basically taking away a chunk of profit from the global companies that have moved to countries with lax laws or are open to bribery (like China) in order to maximise profit. The idea is to incentivise them to, you know, not be actively burning dumpster fires for money while the rest of the world is trying to not burn. Shockingly this idea is being actively fought.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

not china. 100 global corporations are the source of over 70% of emissions. the issue isnt china. the issue is capitalism.

2 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

Because we as consumers demand the products/services they provide.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

do we really though? or has capitalism, in its pursuit of minimalist wages simply moved the goods and services that people cannot reasonably do without to china, alongside all the luxury bullshit that in the pursuit of profit and cost cutting, capitalism has dictated must be both made shoddy and with planned obsolecense so as to move more product by making it break regularly, damn the waste?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, we do.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

ah. not fully aware of just how deep the capitalist roots go yet. cute. i remember those days...
