At this point is doesn't look like I'll have to. Exercise and lots of water helps the skin retract, so far so good.

If you smoke or binge-drink it does. Is your blood pressure high in the Dr's office or are you using a cuff at the drugstore to test it?

I use a swedish tobacco called snus and also drink a bit much i suppose. Ive got a cuff at home, The pressure reads the same at home and dr.
