Don't shame that dog. That dog is a dog and acted like a dog. Maybe try to understand why it wanted to get away...not enough walks?Be kinder

I see the comments on here about the dogs response, the two dogs I have owned in my life have acted this way, and it was just because they

Didn't like disappointing me, I never had to raise a hand to my dogs. Some pets just love to please their owners.

He's just cruising for bitches

Weird, my dogs take getting busted as a signal to sprint around like sociopaths. Once they’ve tasted freedom, they move like gazelles.

Mine would definitely not be jumping in the car. This is why he has a GPS collar

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same, he's a sheltie with psycho energy.

I hope he was never mistreated.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My dog does the same thing any time she's caught doing something she knows she's not supposed to do. Doesn't mean she was mistreated or is

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Scared of her owner. But dogs are smart and know when they doing things they aren't supposed, especially when trained properly. My dog is

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Happy and very loved, but will do this ANY time she's caught being bad. And we are very good to her spoil her rotten.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

With fear signals like that I wonder why he ran away.

I treat my dog very well, but she does the same thing when she gets caught doing something she knows she's not supposed to. Dogs are smart

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

As hell and know when they are doing things they aren't allowed to be doing. Doesn't mean he's scared of his owner.

I dislike that he keep admonishing the dog though. One immediate correction, then it should be over with.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, you have to drill it in that they did wrong. Dogs are hard headed and need both positive and negative actions drilled into their heads.
