30 rock is less cringy to watch. The office took a while for me to get into but I can rewatch 30 Rock with no problem. Try it!

From my experience it got a lot less painfully cringy after season 2 and it focuses a bit less on Michael. 2/2

Early Michael made the show unbearable but it got better later on. I still think The Office is over hyped though.
