Im converting a laundry room in an old Farmhouse into a half bath + laundry. The location of the toilet in the house is far from the main septic line/vent. About 45 ft away. We are good on the slope but are concerned if the air admittance valve is an adequate solution for venting. We really want to try to minimize the amount of destruction so thought this may work.
Please let us know what you think > ?

I'm certain you have this covered but are you doing 3-5° for your slope? It's hard to tell from the diagram.

Double nope.. Vent too far- can't run through stairs- ideal- run straight to wall ( another hole in basement to main or add a vent closer/2
