Edit Edit: Hi thank you all so so much!! Yes this is really me and no I’m not selling anything lol. I didn’t mean for this to go viral, I just wanted to make a link of my progress pics but I’ll try to address some things that have been asked. (Also apologies I’m on mobile so this will probably be a block of text). These pictures are 2 years apart today and only about a 20lb difference. I am only 5’1 so that’s why it might seem like more. I think I’ve also gained some muscle so that’s why some of the weight is still on. Also just a note i sleep 8 hours a night which is more important than you think. Diet: I went from eating pretty much whatever I want to a calorie deficit as well as eating as clean as possible. Avoiding white bread, pastas etc and eating little to no sugar. Absolutely no fast food. Now, I eat some carbs but still stick to little to no sugar and no fast food. I also intermittent fast for about 15-18 hours a day. Exercise: I started out doing cardio classes at my gym, ex: Zumba, Fight, etc. Over the past two months I’ve been weight training 3-5 days a week which has helped a lot with my cellulite and overall shape. Looking ahead, I want to clean up my diet further and incorporate a more balanced exercise plan to get more lean for the summer. I think the best part about getting healthier is just feeling better overall and being able to do so much more I wasn’t comfortable with before :) thanks again guys!
