Amazon is closing multiple facilities in Québec. They say its not over the unionization but simply to keep offering the best price. I guess its time to really focus on buying local.

Buying small/local is hard. The websites aren't as good, the selection may be smaller, and you often have to talk to other humans. But omg, as a society, we need to make this change and stop giving Amazon and the big box stores all our money.

I work night shifts. Amazon Prime is convenient for not having to go shop during the day. It comes to my door. But with MUCH longer delivery time, its actually not worth it at this point. I can just pick up my stuff dame day I go groceries.
