"Shina Soba-ya" Zushi, Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan
(Business hours 11:00 am - 1:00 am the next day?)
17.05.01 Around 00:004 am
I was waiting, thinking,
"They're probably just calling it 'Chicken Soba' because it has chicken in it..."
...
... ... When I tasted the soup,
Wow! It's a real "Chicken Soba" with a strong chicken flavor!

Unfortunately, the photo isn't very good, so it doesn't look appetizing.
It's hard to see because it blends in with the clear soup, but there is chicken in it.

To broadly classify ramen types, there are 'soy sauce flavored ramen', 'salt flavored ramen', and 'miso flavored ramen'. The ramen in the picture is a 'salt flavored ramen with soup made from chicken, herbs, vegetables, and seaweed.' It's a ramen with simple toppings, allowing you to savor the deep flavor of the clear soup, which has been carefully and time-consuming to prepare.

"Which came first, the chicken, or the egg?"
"Depends on the dish, and where my お箸 land in the bowl."

Thank you for your comment.
I usually taste the soup first before eating the chicken.
