They aren't preparing to nuke Iran. They are preparing for the possibility of the USA nuking Iran. People are saying there are safeguards in place to stop this from happening, but take a good look at our country. Every single safeguard has failed so far. Why do you really think they won't find a way around every single safeguard in place and they've been destroying all safeguards they've ran into so far? Was not something that needed to be leaked, really, he provided no new information. 2. What does he expect the UN to do? Because that's all they really can do, is plan/prepare for a scenario where the US drops a nuke because Trump is a dipshit. 1/2

They have no power to stop or prevent it. At best they can plan for the diplomacy that would be required after and the humanitarian crisis that would follow. By being part of the UN you're not "part of" the nuke being used. And you'll still be a witness to it no matter what. It kinda is. Militaries used to stock them for attacking armoured formations since the armour wouldn't protect from the neutron radiation (but would protect against the blast), but they fell out of service after neutron shielding was widely added to vehicles.

It is true actually. Sort of. The idea of tge neutron bombs are that neutron radiation can easily pass directly through most things. You can detonate it high enough to do minimal structural damage while irradiating everything below. This of course causes an agonizing, slow, tortuous death as your tissues melt off your bones but hey. Isrealis are evil so that's to be expected. (What it won't do is kill their military or leaders. Mil grade tech has shielding against it. Pure civilian loss)
