This noodle dish originated in Taiwan and is made with soy sauce-based ramen topped with pork spare ribs (paiku) that have been seasoned with curry and other spices and then deep-fried in batter. The crispy, juicy fried pork pairs perfectly with the light soup.

You know, that's actually one of the things I miss from my Japan trip: Actual images in the menu showing you what you are getting, before you order. The plastic recreations of it in the windows (to be viewed from the outside) are nice as well. But really being able to read up what it is and seeing how it looks and how much it costs... and the courtesy of having internationalized menus as well. Often you get them via QR code. (The only case where I accept that QR code for the menus nonsense.)

Probably a limitation of the Imgur app. On the web page there's a 500 characters limit. But in any case, many things to you as well. Loved my experience there.
